Once I review the files you submit to my Sync folder "Document Submissions." I will move the files to the ticket if I can compress the file or I will add to folder.  You can find the link to the shared folder within the client part that I will add to ticket.  You will receive an email once I receive the files.  Thank you.  

Let me know if you have any questions.  Please note if you comment on the Sync page other people will see your comments.  Please post comments on the ticket submission page or in your client portal on the ticket you can comment without sending an email.  You can also send me a message using the Contact Tab at the top of this page.

When you click the button you will be taken to a Sync Folder "Document Submissions"  this is correct.
